We are now the No 1 Irish Hosting Provider in the Irish market!

Following the sale of Novara to Digiweb, we noted with interest last month that our largest competitor Hosting 365 sold their shared Hosting and domain registration division to Namesco, a UK based shared hosting company.

As a result, Register 365 who were previously the largest Irish owned hosting company in Ireland are now owned by an English company and support and customer care calls go to their English call centre.

This leaves Digiweb / Novara as the largest Irish owned and operated hosting provider in the Irish market.

Register 365 now expect:

“A transitory’ period of at least 2-3 months while everything settles down and the new team get to grips with everything.”

Which is understandable when you remove free phone support then decide to provide it again with all new staff.

Luckily we’ve managed to avoid similar disruption here by sticking with the same team and the same procedures.

We’re hoping that this commitment to a high and consistent level of service will help cement our position as the top Irish hosting provider in the market and will lead to us being the top provider over all.
